Neighbor Consent for Property Access

At Natural Tree & Lawn Care, we occasionally need temporary access to a neighboring property in order to safely and effectively perform tree or shrub treatments for a nearby customer. This access helps our technicians properly treat trees and shrubs that may extend across property lines or require treatment from a specific angle.

If your neighbor has scheduled service with us, they may direct you to this page so you can provide consent for our team to briefly access your property during the treatment process.

What Your Consent Allows

By completing the form below, you grant permission for Natural Tree & Lawn Care employees to enter your property solely for the purpose of performing tree care services for your abutting neighbor.

These services may include treatments to trees and shrubs located along or near the shared property line. In some cases, this work may involve the use of EPA-regulated and Massachusetts-registered pesticides applied according to all state and federal guidelines.

Important Information

• Treatments are performed by trained and licensed professionals.

• Applications are made only as necessary to treat the target trees or shrubs.

• Product names and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) are available upon request.

• Notification of treatments can be provided via email or text message if a mobile phone number is supplied.
